The subscription-based content platform OnlyFans confirmed on Monday that its owner, Leo Radvinsky, has passed away at the age of 43 following a battle with cancer.
The Ukrainian-American billionaire became the controlling shareholder of OnlyFans in 2018 after acquiring a majority stake in its parent company, Fenix International. Under his leadership, OnlyFans transformed from an obscure startup into an adult content powerhouse, boasting over 400 million users and generating billions of dollars in annual revenue.
An OnlyFans spokesperson stated:
"It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Radvinsky. He passed away peacefully after a long-standing battle with cancer. His family requests privacy during this incredibly difficult time."
In 2018, Radvinsky acquired London-based tech firm Fenix International Limited. Since then, he served as a director and the primary stakeholder. According to corporate disclosures, his holdings have been managed since 2024 through a trust structure known as the "LR Fenix Trust."
